Please follow these steps to register yourself as a patient on ShopDoc:

1) Click the menu icon on the top left on your mobile app
2) Click on "Login" at the bottom of the menu
3) If you are a new user, click on "Signup"
4) Enter your mobile number and verify through OTP
5) Enter your personal details on the next page and click proceed
